He's not looking forward to what happens next.
Bernardo SimDavid Barta is shaking in his boots when it comes to the upcoming drama on Ex on the Beach season five.
After coming out as pansexual on Ex on the Beach and exploring a fling with costar Mike Mulderrig on the show, Barta is now feeling worried about what’s going to happen next.
“I am very much not looking forward to the next episode of Ex on the Beach tomorrow night," he reality star said on his Instagram Story Wednesday, April 13. "Episode one, I was nervous about. Episode two, I was excited for. I just don’t feel good about this next one. Exes are exes for a reason, you know? Like... honestly what was I even thinking about going on this show, thinking it was a good idea, or that I was gonna have fun?”
It was clear from Barta’s tone of voice and facial expressions that he’s pretty nervous about what will be shown in the episode During the season premiere, Barta came out as pansexual and kissed Mulderrig while filming a joint interview confessional with him. In episode two, Barta shared a triple kiss with Mulderrig and his ex, Arisce Wanzer.
So far, the only real drama involving Barta was when he conspired with Derynn Paige to make her ex, Ricky Rogers, jealous. This almost led to a physical altercation between the two men, but their costars were able to stop them before things got worse.
Two of Barta’s exes are set to appear on Ex on the Beach: Danielle Cohen and Kathryn Dunn. Based on what he said on Instagram, it appears that this upcoming drama involving Barta will have to do with one of his exes. Whether or not that conflict is related to Barta’s coming out as pansexual remains to be seen.
Ex on the Beach season 5 airs Thursdays at 8pm ET/PT on MTV.
