Get ready for even more bisexual mischief!
DisneyGay SuperheroesEntertainmentMey RudeOur favorite bisexual god of mischief is back!
In a new Disney+ 2023 preview trailer, we’ve gotten our first look at Tom Hiddleston in the upcoming season two of his hit MCU show Loki.
The trailer just gives us a few teases of what we can expect. We see Loki in his regular suit and brown jacket from last season at the TVA, plus we get to see him in a fancy tux.
“A little over the top, don’t you think?” Agent Mobius asks Loki as he’s surrounded by three Loki variants, all wearing tuxes. Could the two be on a date???
While we don’t know much about the plot of season two, we know that Sophia Di Martino is back as Lady Loki, Gugu Mbatha-Raw is back as Renslayer, and of course, Owen Wilson is back as Mobius. Everything Everywhere All at Once star Ke Huy Quan is also joining the cast as a new character.
At the D23 convention in September, Hiddleston explained that the new season starts with a reset. “Season two picks up where season one left off. Loki is back in the TVA and Mobius doesn’t seem to know who he is.”
“It’s a bit like that Talking Heads song,” Wilson added. “And in season two we’re going to answer, ‘How did I get here?’”
Mbatha-Raw said that the new season will be “bolder and more surreal” than the first season, and it “goes to some bigger, bolder places than season 1.
The trailer also showed footage of the new Star Wars series Ahsoka, the MCU show Secret Invasion, Peter Pan and Wendy, and the new Pixar series Win or Lose, which is about a kids softball team.
The release date for Loki season two hasn’t been announced, other than that it will come out in 2023. Watch the trailer below.
