Harlem Season 2Harlem Season 2Nic Austin

The fabulous ladies of Amazon’s Harlem are back for another season that is sure to be filled with lots of drama, romance, and dating. The first season ended with Meagan Good’s protagonist Camille interested in two different men without knowing exactly what she should do. And her best friends Quinn (Grace Byers), Tye (Jerrie Johnson), and Angie (Shoniqua Shandai) were left trying to figure out what was next for them. When viewers return to Harlem, they’ll find all their favorite characters trying out new things, including new people. But dating doesn’t look the same for these four women. Each is looking for a different experience. Something low-key and casual may be exactly what Camille is looking for, but for someone like Quinn, if you’re not pulling out all the stops, then don’t expect a second date. Based on Harlem’s leading ladies, here are the best date spots for your dating style.

Meagan Good as Camille

Every friend group has that one person who is the glue that keeps everyone together. In Harlem, that person is Camille. She’s laid back and goes with the flow without being intimidated to say what she wants. Camille is always down for something chill but stimulating for the mind. Walking around a museum or grabbing a cup of coffee is something Camille would love to do on a date. If you’re a Camille, then checking out The Studio Museum in Harlem or sipping a coffee at Monkey Cup are perfect for you.

Grace Byers as Quinn

Every yin must have its yang, and for Camille, that person is Quinn. Quinn doesn’t do casual or lowkey. If you’re a Quinn, then you need to be wowed. You’re looking to be impressed by your date and you won’t settle for anything less than classy or special. Quinn knows taste and she isn’t afraid to try new things. The best places for a Quinn to date in Harlem are restaurants like GAUDIr and Clay. These upscale eateries are sure to impress anyone fancy like Quinn.

Shoniqua Shandai as Angie

Maybe you’re more like an Angie? Angie is the type of person that you need to have around if you’re looking for something fun and new to do. Angie is such a cheerful person, she brightens everyone’s day even when dealing with nightmarish musicals. And she is always down to do something different. She wants to feel exhilarated and take in every new moment she experiences in life. Angie also isn’t afraid to express herself promiscuously and would enjoy a fun exploration at the Romantic Depot in Harlem where she can get herself and her date in the mood.

Jerrie Johnson as Tye

And then there’s Tye, smart and confident, but always having to prove herself in everything she does. Tye doesn’t beat around the bush, she gets right to the point when it comes to every relationship in her life, including the women she dates. Tye isn’t too concerned about where she’s going on a date, from grabbing drinks to sharing dinner she is most concerned about getting to know her date both in public and in the bedroom. To set the right ambience, a nightclub like Minton’s Playhouse or the Harlem Tavern offer intimate space with quick drinks in case Tye is looking to bring her date home early.

Regardless of your personality and dating style, you are sure to find a spot perfect for what you and your date are looking for. You can be casual like Camille or fancy like Quinn, just make sure you are having fun and doing what feels right for you. And if you follow the ladies of Harlem, you’ll be inspired to make your next date extraordinary.

Harlem’s second season premieres 2/3 on Amazon Prime.
