Manu Ríos knows how to get our attention!
Ever since the character of Patrick Blanco was introduced on Élite, viewers have been heavily thirsting over actor Manu Ríos – even though his character is oftentimes a complicated person for fans to root for. In subsequent seasons, Ríos became one of the main cast members on the hit Netflix series.
Following Ríos' return for season six of Élite, he was also cast in Strange Way of Life, the upcoming Brokeback Mountain-like film by Pedro Almodovar starring Pedro Pascal and Ethan Hawke. Meanwhile, Ríos has also been appearing on Spanish TV shows such as La Edad de la Ira, El Silencio, and Chiringuito de Pepe.
André Lamoglia is set to come back for season seven, and OG cast member Omar Ayuso has also confirmed his return in the upcoming season. Alas, Ríos has officially announced his departure from Élite, which means that he will not appear in the seventh season. Nonetheless, we couldn't be more excited to see what he will do with his role in Strange Way of Life.
