Season two of ‘The Traitors’ has a star-studded cast!
Hosted by the fabulous Alan Cumming, Peacock’s The Traitors is coming back for a second season. This time, the series won’t feature a mix of anonymous contestants and reality TV alumni. Instead, the entire lineup will feature people who already have some experience in televised competitions and/or lifestyle shows.
The format of The Traitors consists of three contestants secretly being “the Traitors” and the rest of the cast being called “the Faithfuls.” If the Traitors succeed, the grand prize of $250,000 can be split between the three of them. If the Faithfuls succeed, then they get to split up that cash prize. All season long, we see a battle between Traitors trying to fly under the radar and Faithfuls doing their best to uncover them.
We couldn’t be more excited that the second season of The Traitors features LGBTQ+ stars – including a RuPaul’s Drag Race legend – as well as reality TV legends that the girls, gays, and theys absolutely love to watch!
Scroll through to meet the contestants on The Traitors season two, which premieres in 2024 on Peacock.
Peppermint (‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’)
Actress, singer, performer, model, influencer, activist, RuPaul’s Drag Race legend, and trans trailblazer Peppermint will be officially competing in the second season of The Traitors. After finishing as a runner-up on Drag Race season nine, Peppermint went on to star in several TV shows, movies, theatrical productions, and even host her own reality competition series.
Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen (‘Love Island USA’)
One of the newest reality TV stars in this cast is Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen, who just competed on Love Island USA season five. Despite placing third at the grand finale, he was widely considered a fan-favorite throughout the season.
Chris 'C.T.' Tamburello (‘The Challenge’)
Chris 'C.T.' Tamburello is a seven-time winner of MTV’s The Challenge, emerging as the champion of seasons like Rivals II, Invasion of the Champions, Champs vs. Stars 1, Champs vs. Stars 2, War of the Worlds 2, Double Agents, and Spies, Lies & Allies. He has also made it to the grand finale several times over the years, making him a true reality TV veteran.
Dan Gheesling (‘Big Brother’)
Dan Gheesling won Big Brother 10 and became one of the most popular houseguests to ever appear on the show. He then came back for Big Brother 14 and gave us one of the most iconic reality TV moments of all time: Dan’s Funeral. He once again made it to the grand finale on BB14, solidifying his legacy as one of the greatest players in history.
Deontay Wilder (boxer)
Deontay Wilder is one of the few contestants this season without a proper reality TV background. Alas, he’s been competing as a boxer in televised fights for many years, which gives him plenty of experience to play a game like The Traitors.
Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu (‘Love Island UK’)
Ekin-Sku Cülcüloğlu is one of the ultimate fan-favorite contestants in the history of the British version of Love Island – going on to win season eight of the show alongside Italian heartthrob Davide Sanclimenti. Since then, Cülcüloğlu has also competed on Dancing on Ice season 15.
Janelle Pierzina (‘Big Brother’)
Four-time Big Brother contestant Janelle Pierzina was a fan-favorite every time that she competed on the show: seasons six, seven, 14, and 22. She is the only BB houseguest to compete on both All-Stars editions of the series, and we cannot wait to see her on this brand-new season of The Traitors.
Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio (‘The Challenge’)
Eight-time The Challenge winner Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio won seasons like The Island, The Ruins, Rivals, Battle of the Exes, Free Agents, Rivals III, Champs vs. Stars 1, and Total Madness. Overall, he has competed in more than 20 seasons of The Challenge, which means that he will bring a lot of reality TV experience to The Traitors season two.
John Bercow (UK politician)
— (@)
John Bercow also doesn’t have a background in reality TV. In fact, he’s a former UK politician who served as the Speakers of the House of Commons between 2009 and 2019. Being a politician, however, it’s safe to assume that Bercow will know how to campaign and navigate his way on The Traitors.
Kevin Kreider (‘Bling Empire’)
Bling Empire heartthrob Kevin Kreider is also a contestant on The Traitors season two. Given that he appeared in a lifestyle reality series – not a competitive one – Kreider will have to learn how to play a game full of backstabbing.
Larsa Pippen (‘The Real Housewives of Miami’)
We are very ready for Larsa Pippen to bring on the drama of The Real Housewives of Miami to this second season of The Traitors. As someone who was once close friends with the Kardashian-Jenner clan but had a falling out over the years, we are excited to see which alliances she will make in the castle. Plus, she will compete on the show with her current partner, NBA star Marcus Jordan.
Marcus Jordan (basketball player)
Marcus Jordan is another The Traitors contestant who doesn’t necessarily have a past in reality TV. However, he’s a successful basketball player who will compete on the show alongside his current partner, reality TV star Larsa Pippen.
Maksim Chmerkovskiy (‘Dancing With the Stars’)
After competing in 15 seasons of Dancing With the Stars and being dubbed the “bad boy” of the ballroom, Maksim Chmerkovskiy is now going to compete for his own self on The Traitors. He never managed to win a Mirrorball Trophy, so maybe this is the right reality show for him to be crowned a champion.
Mercedes “MJ” Javid (‘Shahs of Sunset’)
— (@)
Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes “MJ” Javid is also joining this season two cast of The Traitors. Given how popular the Bravolebrities were in the first season of the show, we’re expecting a lot of fun moments from Javid!
Parvati Shallow (‘Survivor’)
The iconic Parvati Shallow has a reality TV career that includes winning Survivor: Micronesia, being a runner-up on Suvivor: Heroes vs. Villains, and competing on both Survivor: Cook Islands and Survivor: Winners at War. She is definitely an A-list Survivor alum, so we’re expecting great things from her on The Traitors.
Peter Weber (‘The Bachelor’)
Peter Weber, who works as a pilot, is one of the messiest contestants in the history of The Bachelor franchise. After placing third on Hannah Brown’s season of The Bachelorette, Weber was chosen to be the leading man of season 24. During and after his season, Weber went back-and-forth between several relationships that he started in the series.
Phaedra Parks (‘Married to Medicine’)
The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is currently appearing on Bravo’s Married to Medicine series. Given how much entertainment Parks has given us over so many years, expectations couldn’t be higher for this reality TV veteran playing a game like The Traitors.
Sandra Diaz-Twine (‘Survivor’)
Sandra Diaz-Twine first competed on Survivor: Pearl Islands and Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains, going on to win both seasons. At the time, she became the first and only two-time Survivor winner in history. Diaz-Twine came back three more times for seasons like Game Changers, Blood v Water, and Winners at War, but she was too big of a target and ended up getting eliminated quickly. We shall see if this Survivor legend has what it takes to thrive on a different show!
Shereé Whitfield (‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta’)
And the Bravolebrities keep coming! Another Real Housewives star who will be competing on The Traitors is Shereé Whitfield, best known for appearing on RHOA. Having been in some of the same seasons as Phaedra Parks, we are excited to find out what these two will be up to in The Traitors castle.
Tamra Judge (‘The Real Housewives of Orange County’)
Tamra Judge appeared in more than 10 seasons on The Real Housewives of Orange County, making her one of the most established reality TV veterans in this cast. She is also known for having quite a few feuds with her costars, so one can only guess what stunts and shenanigans will be pulled on The Traitors.
Trishelle Cannatella (‘The Real World: Las Vegas’)
Another star of The Challenge joining this cast is Trishelle Cannatella. Though her track record on the show isn't as impressive as the other Challenge alumni competing in season two, The Traitors would be a great way for Cannatella to make a mark for herself.
