Claire Underwood Addresses the Nation in 'House of Cards' Netflix Promo

The current political climate is terrifying for many. At least that’s the case in the new season of House of Cards.

In a new promo for the Netflix political drama, the fictional FLOTUS Claire Underwood (Robin Wright) addresses the nation in a heartfelt call to vigilance. "The president and I have a simple request," she says. "Tell us what you see." As she slips in a mention of the upcoming election and a jab at the press, the video breaks up like an eerie hostage video.

Wright plays another HBIC in the upcoming Wonder Woman movie. See her as Antiope in the DC blockbuster, coming to theaters June 2.
