Jeremiah Brent replacing Bobby Berk netflix Queer Eye

After eight successful seasons on Netflix’s Queer Eye, design expert Bobby Berk is officially leaving — and now, we know who is coming in to replace him!

The Queer Eye team consists of Antoni Porowski, Jonathan Van Ness, Karamo Brown, and Tan France, and until recently, Berk. Berk announced he’d be leaving the show after season 8 back in November, saying that “Although my journey with Queer Eye is over, my journey with you is not. You will be seeing more of me very soon. I love you all so so much and I’ll meet you all in Nola for one final season.”

Now, we finally know who will be replacing Berk: interior designer Jeremiah Brent!

Brent is the founder of Jeremiah Brent Design and the lifestyle brand Atrio. He rose to fame as Rachel Zoe’s styling associate on The Rachel Zoe Project season 4.

Brent is married to fellow interior designer Nate Berkus. The couple got married in 2014, and have co-hosted the shows Nate & Jeremiah By Design, Nate & Jeremiah: Save My House, and The Nate & Jeremiah Home Project.

In 2020, Brent hosted the Netflix show Say I Do, a wedding spin on the Queer Eye format from the same producers. He was the design expert on the show, alongside fashion expert Thai Nguyen and food expert Gabriele Bertaccini.

He’s also the previous host of the Emmy-winning show Home Made Simple for the Oprah Winfrey Network, and released his first book, The Space That Keeps You: When Home Becomes a Love Story, this year.
