‘Drag Race Thailand’ Is Coming To the U.S.

The queens of Drag Race Thailand are finally headed stateside – officially. Never mind the bootlegged, low quality cuts of the episodes you already tracked down and any YouTube spoilers you went in search for. Starting May 4 you’ll be able to live through the drama an entire episode at a time when the series comes to World of Wonder’s streaming service, WOW Presents Plus.

“We were fortunate enough to be on set for some of the taping of Drag Race Thailand and we were left breathless!” said Fenton Bailey, executive producer of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

The Thai edition of the show, hosted by Art Araya In-Dra and Pangina Heals, follows the format of the original, pitting a group of queens against one another in costume, acting, and performance challenges to see who among them gets to claim the title of Next Drag Superstar.

The Chilean version of Drag Race, The Switch Drag Race, begins its availability on WOW Presents Plus starting April 16 (today), where host Karla Constant searches for the best “transformista.” Re-watch the trailer for Drag Race Thailand below, and let the shady subtitles roll.
