The upcoming fifth season of Arrested Development has hit a snag during the UK leg of its press tour. Streaming titan Netflix has decided to cancel the remainder of the cast and showrunner’s appearances amid backlash following a New York Timesinterview in which cast member Jessica Walters got emotionally upset while recalling a time on set when co-star Jeffrey Tambor verbally harassed her.

“In… almost 60 years of working, I’ve never had anybody yell at me like that on set. And it’s hard to deal with, but I’m over it now,” she told the Times. The latest allegation against Tambor comes after he was already accused of sexual misconduct on the set of the hit Amazon series Transparent, from which he was subsequently fired.

“We had planned to have most of the Arrested Development cast in London this week to support the launch of the new season and meet fans,” Netflix wrote in a statement. “At this time we have decided not to move ahead with promotional activity in the U.K. but hope to bring the cast back another time.” The newest season of Arrested Development is set to premiere May 29.
