Congratulations to the whole crew.

Levy and the whole crew picked up the award in the Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series streaming in remotely with Eugene Levy and Sarah Levy, his dad and sister, at his side. Annie Murphy and Catherine O’Hara, were also streaming in remotely as they were both nominated for individual acting awards alongside Levy — as was his father Eugene.
Levy accepted the award wearing a smooth cream suit from The Row. In his speech, he was nearly in tears. "To get to share this award with my brilliant sister and my incredible dad is absolutely extraordinary," Levy said.
He also thanked the rest of the cast, and finished by saying, "what a way to say goodbye, thank you so much."
The show was interspersed with pre-taped vignettes from prominent actors talking about the year for them. In one, Levy admits, that a lot of people have had to move back in with their parents duriing the pandemic, including him! Hey, Levy family, where's my invite over for dinner?
Elsewhere, Levy discussed turning to cooking while in lockdown. "I learned that I have absolutely nothing to offer in the culinary arts," he said.
Catherine O’Hara also picked up the award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series, where she was up against her co-star Annie Murphy.
Last month, Levy won the Critics Choice Award for Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series. In his acceptance speech, he thanked the critics for supporting the show and the character. “I have so appreciated reading all of your thoughtful and encouraging words over the years and sometimes when you don’t often see yourself represented that much on screen, you have to take a risk and make it happen for yourself,” he said.
He had previously picked up a Golden Globe for Best Comedy Series for the show, and O’Hara won Best Actress in a TV Series Musical or Comedy. Before that, Schitt’s Creek won a record nine Emmys last year, sweeping all the comedy categories. Levy himself got Emmys for writing, directing, producing on, and starring in the show — he became the first person to win an award in all of these categories in one night for one show.
